My checkout did go through in the end, but it took me a bit longer than I expected. The site felt kind of clunky, though it’s hard to describe exactly why.

I’ve ordered from Spalding Labs a handful of times now, and it’s been easy every time. The site is simple enough to figure out, and that whole ordering process is straightforward. My stuff has shown up when it was supposed to, so no complaints there.

I usually get the fly predators for my horses, and they really seem to help with all that fly mess around the barn. It’s not like every single fly disappears or anything, but it’s definitely way better than it used to be.
I did have one question once and reached out to customer service, and they were nice about it. They got back to me quickly and didn’t make it a big thing. I’ll keep using them for this kind of stuff.

The receipts are easy to read too, which sounds like such a small thing, but it actually matters. I’ve dealt with other sites where the charges were weird or the receipt looked like a puzzle, so it’s kind of a relief when everything just makes sense and you can move on with your day.

The product itself was fine, but getting help from customer service was frustrating. I waited days for a response and had to follow up twice just to get an answer. When someone needs help, that kind of delay is disappointing. I’d at least expect an apology for the wait.

We tried these fly predators for our small barn, they’ve made a noticeable difference. We still have a few flies here and there, but nothing like before. A couple of other barn owners I know are still constantly swatting them away, so compared to that, ours feel way more under control. They were easy to put out, and after a few weeks we could really tell they were working.

The prices seem fair, shipping was perfectly fine, and the products did what they were supposed to do. The website isn’t anything fancy, but for the money, I feel like it’s a solid value.

I ordered from spalding-labs.com. It got here faster than I expected. Tracking came through soon after I placed the order. The box looked good when it arrived. No problems at all. Just a quick and easy order.

The box showed up a little bent, but everything was inside. Could’ve used better packing.
